Graviolas can be grown from Thai seeds

Soursop (Annona muricata) can easily be grown from seeds all over Thailand. The problem is to get really fresh seeds. And it can take a long time until you can harvest the first Graviola fruits. At Discovery Garden Pattaya we have fresh soursop seeds and seedlings for sale, but we also offer mature and marcotted trees that will typically bear graviola fruits within a year. We produce dried Annona muricata leaves as well.

Tiesa tastes and looks like boiled egg yolk

Amongst many other little known tropical fruits we grow for instance Tiesa (Pouteria campechiana) at Discovery Garden Pattaya (Thailand). Due to the texture of the slightly sweet yellow flesh, which tastes a bit like boiled egg yolk, tiesa is often referred to as “eggfruit”. Like graviolas, the fruits are harvested between early January and late February in Pattaya.
